The Best of Grandpa's Cheesebarn is a collection of best-selling products from the original Grandpa’s Cheesebarn in Ashland, Ohio, along with some items unique to the new Norton location that you will not find in any other stores.


Homemade in our store every week, our Sweeties chocolates and fudge are offered in heavenly varieties that are sure to delight any chocolate lover! Even the caramel, peanut butter and maple creams used inside the candies are homemade with Grandma’s secret recipes.

As our name implies, cheese takes center stage in our store. Our collection of 120 cheeses features local varieties produced by small Amish farms and local Holmes County cheese makers, as well as imported fanciful cheeses hailing from Scotland, Ireland, Finland, Holland and other countries.

Complementing our dairy products are freshly smoked and locally produced meats that are big on flavor. Boasting “Ohio ingredients, Ohio made,” other favorites include dips, spreads, jams, syrups, snacks, baking mixes, pickles and condiments, which are made in our own kitchen or by local farmers.
